About Dhouha: Dhouha primarily writes about Internet Governance in Tunisia and globally, Internet Policy and universal human rights. Her work has been published in the award-winning collective blog «Nawaat». Dhouha participated in reforming the Tunisian ICT public sector communication, through more transparency and openness towards rebuilding the trust of the community. She also published researches and reports on surveillance practices, Online access to information and right to privacy. Dhouha represented the civil society as member of the organizing committee of the Freedom Online Conference in 2013.
She is involved in global internet governance debates, and regularly attends internet-related events where she promotes a multi-stakeholders governance model, with focus on civil society role in the promotion of online human rights. Dhouha is member of the main regional and global IG groups and associations.
